John Rich, Chair of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group, Elected to the American Law Institute

John Rich, Chair of Perkins Thompson's Litigation Practice Group and its Immigration Practice Group, was elected to the American Law Institute (ALI) in October 2007. ALI's membership consists of judges, practicing lawyers and legal scholars selected on the basis of professional achievement and demonstrated interest in the improvement of the law. ALI drafts and publishes various Restatements of the Law, model codes and legal studies.
