Peggy McGehee is a Seminar presenter on the Development Approval Process in Maine on July 16, 2008. The July 16 seminar is put on by Lorman Education Services at the Wyndham Portland Airport Hotel in South Portland. Ms. McGehee will address pre-application considerations associated with State and local permitting processes, and new permit regulations for big box retail stores under the newly-enacted Maine Informed Growth Act. Other presentations at the seminar include municipal and state permitting processes, judicial review of local and state permitting decisions, and recent changes in State storm water regulation.
