In June, 2008, Chief Judge Louis H. Kornreich announced that Randy J. Creswell had been appointed to the Bankruptcy Court's Local Rules Committee and that, as with all of the members of the Committee, practitioners should feel free to contact Mr. Creswell with any questions or comments concerning the Court's local rules.
