We wish our long-time colleague, Andy Cadot, a fond farewell. As of June 1, 2010, Andy is retired from Perkins Thompson. During his 37 years practicing at the Firm in the field of creditors' and debtors' rights, he served clients at the highest level of competence and integrity, and was, for many years, the Firm's president. He also contributed to the community in numerous ways, including as board member of the Maine Board of Environmental Protection; as president of the Maine Audubon Society; as founding trustee and board member of the Freeport Conservation Trust; as president of the American Cancer Society, Cumberland unit; and as board member of the Physicians for Social Responsibility, Maine Division and the Maine League of Conservation Voters. We applaud Andy's years of distinguished service and wish him well in his new endeavors.
