Anthony J. Manhart appointed Chapter 7 Trustee for District of Maine

Perkins Thompson is pleased to announce that Anthony J. Manhart, Esq. has been appointed to the panel of private bankruptcy trustees by the United States Trustee's Office, a component of the Department of Justice. Mr. Manhart will serve as a Chapter 7 Trustee for the District of Maine.

He will also continue his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' and debtors' rights, representation of Chapter 7 trustees and creditors committees, and the representation of various parties in insolvency and collection proceedings and out-of-court workouts.
