Maine Commercial Real Estate Forecast for 2010

This fall, Perkins Thompson and Maine's leading commercial real estate services company, CBRE/The Boulos Company, hosted a breakfast for over 250 members of Portland's real estate and business community to discuss the current condition of and forecast for Maine's commercial real estate market, and tips for making the most of the upcoming opportunities in that market. Speakers included Melissa Murphy on behalf of Perkins Thompson's Commercial Real Estate Department.
